Accommodating staff and spotless rooms, we had a perfect experience. The location was good, just close to Monton Lighthouse. The restaurant was nice and served amazing food. Stayed in this property for 1 night and liked our choice.

Good value, room was stunning, staff were nice. There were iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk in the room, enjoyed that. This location was marvellous and pleasant, next to the RHS gardens. Easily reached Leo's Ristorante Monton, located not too far away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

It's in a great location and the hotel is stunning and clean with beautiful rooms and a bar, it's also close to the RHS gardens and the communal areas.

We had a fantastic stay at the Waterside Bar, Rooms & Restaurant. The decor was cozy and cool, and our room was absolutely lovely. The pub downstairs offered excellent and value-for-money food. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel's location next to the canal was perfect for peaceful walks. We also appreciated the well-equipped rooms, including a kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom had great ambient lighting at night, and the shower pressure was the best we've experienced in a hotel. a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The location overlooking the canal was simply breathtaking, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere for walks. The staff at this hotel were beyond amazing, always quick to respond and incredibly friendly. The restaurant and bar area were top-notch, providing delicious meals with GREAT discounts. The rooms were mind-blowing, equipped with everything one could need including a coffee machine and flat-screen TV. The bathroom was a jaw-dropping experience with fantastic ambient lighting and the best shower pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding, truly making this a memorable stay. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and a business center were also available. Plus, they even allowed pets!
